Mark Kasminoff, the owner, along with many employees, possesses extensive experience in the homeowner association industry, complemented by years of accounting expertise.

Owner

Mark Kasminoff, CPA, J.D.

Mark has over 20 years of experience working in the accounting and tax field, and has built an excellent reputation for quality service and personal attention. Previously, his experience is quite extensive. As the Controller of mid to large companies, he has managed accounting departments, been through numerous audits, and completed intricate tax returns. After years of working in the Corporate sector, he started his own company to help individuals and businesses with their accounting and tax needs.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, is certified as a Public Accountant, and earned his Juris Doctor Degree from William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2020.

Victoria Kasminoff

Victoria completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Convinced by her father to join his realm of numbers and financials, she has been working as a manager, bookkeeper, and all around go-to-her-when-you-need-something-done.

In her spare time, Victoria likes to take an unholy amount of pictures of her dog Layla, watch anime, and prattle about in the kitchen. She is also highly addicted to mango green tea and books.
